🌐 Guidelines to Enter the Exhibition Hall as a Exhibitors

Steps to Enter:

1. A website will open (by default, it will be in French).
   → Right-click anywhere on the screen and select “Translate to English” to make the registration process easier.
2. Click “Start Creating This Stand”
3. Choose your stand style and click “Following”
4. Choose the color of your stand and click “Following”
5. Choose the avatar to appear at your stand and click “Following”
6. Fill in the required stand information:
7. Name of your company or institution (e.g., Universiti Teknologi Malaysia)
8. Website link (optional)
9. Phone number to display on your stand (select your country code, e.g., +60137107705)
10. Email address to display (e.g., fa****@***********du.my)
11. Upload your stand logo
    (You may download the template at https://teknologi.edu.my/important-downloads-for-participants/)
12. Choose the hall venue based on your booth number and hall name provided by the committee after registration
13. Click “Following”
14. Check the “I Agree” box and click “Create My Stand”
15. Click “Become an Exhibitor”
16. Wait until the setup is completed. A pop-up will appear — click “Start customizing my stand”. You can now edit all booth details. To exit, click “X”.
17. Wait for the organizer to accept your application. If approved, you will receive an email in French.
    → Right-click on the page and select “Translate to English”.
18. Click “My Exhibitor Center”
    → If your antivirus blocks the site, please allow access.
19. Click “See my stand at the show”
20. ✅ Done! You may edit your booth anytime.
