Step 1: Register

Step 2: Choose Category & Type of Innovation

  • 🧩 Select the following:
  • Category (Platinum / Diamond / Star / Special)
  • Sub-Category (Science & Technology / Social Sciences / Innovation in Learning & Teaching)
  • Type of Innovation (Product / Idea)

Step 3: Make Payment & Submit Form

  • 💳 Complete the payment and submit your form.
    📝 The system will automatically generate a blog post for your project.

Step 4: Wait for Email from Secretariat

  • 📧 You will receive an email containing:
  • Booth Number
  • Hall Name (for the Virtual Booth in the Metaverse)

Step 5: Set Up Your Virtual Booth

Step 6: Virtual Judging

  • 📅 Judging period: 1 October – 19 October 2025
    👨‍⚖️ Judges will visit your booth virtually only.
    ⏰ Participants are not required to attend in real-time as the poster and presentation video are already available.

Step 7: Winner Announcement

  • 🏆 Announcement date: 1 November 2025
    📢 Winners will be announced on the official platform and via email.

Step 8: e-Certificate Issuance

  • 📄 e-Certificates will be generated and emailed to all participants (free of charge).

Step 9: Optional Add-Ons

  • 🏅 Order of medal and printed certificate (optional – includes material & postage costs)
    📚 Submission of Extended Abstract for the e-Proceedings (optional)
