This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for payments made via our platform, especially for event tickets, registration fees, online courses, physical merchandise, and other services.


1. Interpretation and Definitions

Goods: Any physical or digital products offered through our platform, including merchandise, e-certificates, modules, and kits.
Services: Includes access to events (e.g., DaVinci’25), workshops, webinars, competitions, registrations, and courses.
You: Refers to the user/customer who has made a purchase or registration on our platform.
Order: Refers to the transaction made for goods or services.


2. Event & Ticket Refund Policy

We understand plans may change. Refunds for event registrations (e.g., innovation contests, bootcamps, and conferences) follow these guidelines:

  • Full refund: If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event date.
  • Partial refund (50%): If cancellation is made between 7 to 14 days before the event date.
  • No refund: If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event date or for non-attendance without notice.

Please include your full name, order/ticket ID, and reason for cancellation.

Note: Any refund approved will be processed within 14 business days via the same payment method used during purchase.


3. Digital Products & Online Courses

Refunds will not be issued for digital content (such as e-certificates, digital courses, or downloadable modules) once access has been granted or content has been downloaded, except in the case of:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent access (with valid proof)
  • Duplicate payment (refund of extra payment only)
  • Wrong purchase due to system error (validated case-by-case)

4. Physical Goods Refund & Return

If you have received physical merchandise from us (e.g., educational kits, T-shirts), refunds will be granted if:

  • Return is requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items are in original condition and packaging.
  • Buyer bears the return shipping cost.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Participation fees in competitions if submission has been uploaded
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom certificates, badges)
  • Items sold at promotional/discounted prices
  • Failure to attend an event (virtual or physical) without prior notice
