It replaces manual, last-minute reporting with a real-time, structured platform that allows participants to record reflections immediately, while supervisors can track progress and provide timely interventions. Reports are generated automatically within seconds, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and accountability. With long-term secure digital storage and zero additional cost through in-house expertise, the 360° e-Journal has proven its effectiveness through pilot runs and offers scalable potential for wider educational applications.
