SDGPT
SDGPT is a conceptual custom GPT designed to help language teachers create SDG-oriented English language teaching materials. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide authentic, real-world issues for meaningful language learning, yet many teachers lack the time, resources, and confidence to design such materials.
Built on the generative capabilities of ChatGPT, SDGPT supports teachers in producing SDG-themed texts, communicative tasks, vocabulary activities, and discussion prompts tailored to different learner levels. Unlike generic AI tools, it positions teachers as active agents, ensuring outputs are refined and contextualised for classroom relevance.
By reducing preparation time and embedding sustainability into English lessons, SDGPT demonstrates how AI can empower teachers to integrate global goals into language teaching.
