Below you will find all the essential files and resources needed to support your participation in the competition.
Please read and download the documents before proceeding to the registration form.

Note: Submission to the e-Proceeding is optional and will not affect the judging scores. Participants are not required to submit an extended abstract unless they are interested in publication.

Important: Submission of the Extended Abstract and Poster can be completed later. The system allows you to edit and update the form after registration, enabling participants to secure Early Bird payment first without delay.

This poster template is provided as a guideline only.
Participants are free to modify the layout and structure according to their creativity and innovation.

✅ You may change fonts, colours, arrangement, and visual elements.
✅ Make sure your final poster remains clear, informative, and professional.
✅ Include all required elements such as title, authors, institution, objectives, methodology, results & impact, novelthy and conclusion.


✅ How to Use the Template:

  1. Click the Template Link or “Here“
  2. Log in to your Canva account (or sign up if you don’t have one).
  3. Click “File” and next click “Make a copy” to copy to your own Canva workspace.
  4. Edit Your Poster
  5. Replace the text with your project title, author(s), institution, and relevant content.
  6. Download Your Poster
  7. Once completed, click Share → Download
  8. Choose format: JPG or PNG 
  9. Submit to the System
  10. Go to the registration/update form
  11. Upload your poster file in the Poster Submission section
  12. Save and submit your form

✅ How to Use the Booth Signboard Template

  1. Access the Template
    Click the template link provided or click “Here“.
  2. Log In to Canva
    Sign in to your Canva account (or create one if you don’t have an account).
  3. Make a Copy
    In Canva, go to File → Make a copy to duplicate the template into your own workspace.
  4. Edit Your Signboard
    Update the following:
  5. Booth Number (Given by Committee after Registration)
  6. Innovation Title
  7. Download Your Signboard
    Click Share → Download, then select:
  8. File Type: JPG or PNG
  9. Upload to the Exhibition System
